All sales are final, however if your order arrives and is damaged or there is a flaw in the printing, email a photo and your order number to email@example.com and we will issue a replacement free of charge.
Damage to your poster or fine art print:
Please report damage within 10 days of receiving your damaged poster, otherwise we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Returned to sender:
If your item was returned for any reason please get in touch with us within 10 days of it being returned, or we may not be able to replace it without a reprinting fee.
Our posters are printed on demand, one by one. While the effects of Covid-19 persist, we can only send through regular mail. Once your item has been shipped and reaches the destination country it is in the hands of the mail carrier. We will do our best to help if any issues arise, but we do not have a special relationship with postal services to locate packages.
Usually it will take 5 to 15 working days for printing and delivery.
Any change or delay, can happen during the global Covid-19 emergency.
